With a commitment to addressing issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jen strives to support the development of leaders who: have a strong sense of how their identity impacts their leadership; carry the ability to surface and address their unconscious mind; are able to sit in discomfort and work through conflict; and use a culturally responsive lens to disrupt systems that create barriers while building new systems that are both inclusive and equitable.
Jen’s work and leadership experiences in educational settings (elementary schools to colleges), nonprofits, retail, event production, and outdoor recreation, have given her a knowledge and skill base that has grown in both traditional and non-traditional settings, giving her a unique ability to support the development of creative solutions to complex challenges, balance the relational and technical aspects of leadership, and communicate with a clear and open mind.
